Lifestyle change update

As of today, I have lost 10 pounds! Yea!!! The most I have lost in one weight loss challenge was 40 pounds in 2006, and that was on Herbal Magic, and took 4 months. But there was no exercise at all; this time I am doing the 5 mile walk(3 miles right now)3 times a week. I cannot wait to drop a skirt size; I have a row of skirts just waiting for me!!!

Congratulations!!!! That is so awesome!!! I'm really happy for you, because I know losing weight takes so much willpower. Exercising is the healthiest way to do it, and will make you feel great. I'm working on it right now, but it's so hard sometimes!

Doesn't it? I have battled my weight since I was 14 and just well, blossomed! LOL! I think it's time to get control of it before I get too much older and then it's too hard to lose it! Thanks for your encouragement, Janell!!! Love ya!
